Home Sweet Home

After one whole week having fun with my family in Cianjur, I am back. Home sweet home, Jakarta :) The city where 24 hours do not count as one day but as an hour, where dayswill always be days and so will nights.

On the first day being home in Jakarta, the first thing I did was called my friends, see if I could hang out with them the day after. Fortunately, Fitri Vania 'Phai' and Putri Endyana 'Anbud' could make it and we did hang out together in Plaza Indonesia. Dang, what a great time we had that day. We laughed our f-ing assess off at just about everything. Wkakakakaaaa, we joked around, being silly and all. We call ourselves ANSOS (Anti Social) because apparently when we hang out, it always is together - either the three of us or just me and Phai. However, the fun never ends, thankfully.

Family Quality Time

Long time no blog, people. I have been having a blast during this holiday. I went to Cianjur to visit my family. The best part is I finally met my number one niece, Frejya Keona. I played with her all the time, with Dea and Hans, too. We took some ajek pictures - yeah, they are my partners in 'crime'. Here are some of our pictures.

I did her hair and that was when I realised I had no talent in hair styling :P

Me and my family also went to Bandung and Sukabumi but we only went there for a day to each place. You know, just to grab something to eat and all. Also, there was this one day when my uncle took us to Cikalong. There, we had fish for lunch - both grilled and fried. Dang, that place has the most incredibly irritatingly delicious fishy food. Too bad I forgot to bring my BlackBerry, so I did not take any pictures while I was there.

Busy Week

This week Luminescence (my online shop) had its new arrivals, starting from statement necklace, outerwear, vest, skirt and coming-soon statement ring. The concept of my new clothing is 'vintage comes with an attitude'. It is all about combining modernism with vintage thingies because I think it is more fun that way, you can be as modern as you want yourself to be and yet you have that piece of old-fashioned style in you. Nowadays, it is all about welcoming back the 80s and 90s as well as living in the sophistication.

For this season, I asked one of my best friend, Fitri Vania, to be my model. She did great in her photo shoot. Her personality shone through her picture. She brought tonnes of emotion - playful, happy, edgy, awkwardness, spacey and many other.

Driving license

Today I did not attend school, gosh, I wish I did, because I had that driving license making business. It is good now that I finally have a driving license but the process to have one was dreadfully exhausting. Not to mention how crowded and hot it was in there. Definitely, a hell hole for me, today.

The police woman, the one I got help from, pointing me to go here and there, I did not know why but she kept on mentioning the words 'for formality's sake only'. Yeah, formality. She told me to take the test and she actually suggested me that I should just give any answers I wanted and I did not have to read the questions because it would make it a lot quicker. Also, when I was put on a driving test, the practical one, guess what, the car was manual. Dang! I had no idea how to drive one of those, I told the guy that too. I even asked for an automatic one but then he just came up to me and said, "It is okay, just get into the car drive straight for 50 meters and I will pass you, after all it is just for formality's sake" ............................. Silence awkward and confusion went straight up to my mind. There it was, another big F. But then again, why should I care? The only thing I should be doing was not judging them, but getting myself out of there instead. Yeah, I am an Indonesian, too. What do you expect?!

Finally, after two freaking hours... my driving license

Two days straight

May be this was the busiest weekend I have ever had. I had three parties to attend. Well, actually I only had two parties that I was invited to and the other one, I was just accompanying Miranti. The three parties were Michelle Barnesa Rochilly's, Renata's and Beatrice Monica's. The most fun I had was at Renata's, the one I was not invited to. Gosh, Edric and Icut were extremely funny. I could not help but laughed like crazzyyy! x) But the rest was also nice and cool, so yeah... I had fun.

The most satisfying outfit I have ever worn to a party

Sweetest thing

Frejya Keona Setiawan, sweetest thing in the whole world. She simply is a niece and a camera-addict partner. Loving her to death! Cannot help but burst into laughter being with her. Last but not least, extremely lovable.

Isn't she the cutest?!

Working my beloved Dr.Martens

Last Saturday night, I had a dinner with my family and I thought it would be the perfect time to show off my maroon canvas Dr.Martens and wear them with my new it stuff - black tights. I also wore them with my purple loose top and some denim shorts. The style I chose that time was, rocker chic - chic from the waist up and rocker to the waist down. I folded my shorts up just a bit so that my legs looked even longer.
